Conditions for planning an event at Langelinie Pavillonen

 

Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 60 days prior to the event.
Final and binding number of participants 3 days prior to the event.

 

Late cancellation

30-60 days prior to event 25% of ordered settings are non-refundable.

3-30 days prior to event 50% of ordered settings are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation less than 3 days prior to the event payment must be made in full.
A reduction of 10% is always possible until the 3rd day prior to the event.

 

Payment

All listed prices are for cash transactions. An added charge of Dkr. 25,- for invoicing.
Payment can be made in cash or by check.
We will confirm all reservations in writing.
All prices in the informational material include VAT and services.

 

Parking

60 parking places directly surrounding Langelinie Pavillonen are available for the use of our guests (some, however, for a maximum of 3 hours)

 

Booking an event

There is a minimum of 20 settings for pre-arranged events. For Saturdays the minimum is 25 settings.

 

Photographer

We will gladly hire a photographer to take pictures during your party.

 

Music

We can arrange for everything from 1 musician to a whole orchestra and for a soloist to provide a festive touch.
Query us about prices. You are also welcome to provide your own music.

Langelinie Pavillonen reserves the right to charge a deposit, 6 months prior to an event, if a third party makes a request for the same facilities.

 

A deposit is 25% of expected revenues.

 

Damages to Langelinie Pavillonen's furniture or interiors will be repaired by Langelinie Pavillonen's craftsmen and charged to the customer.
